Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, LLP is the longest continuously operating law firm in the U.S. We created a visual campaign, consisting of a toolkit of illustrations and iconography, to help roll out their core values to lawyers and staff. Deliverables included a print brochure, posters, desktop wallpaper, giveaways, and digital communications.

It’s a challenge to get a large group of people to agree on anything — let alone a firm of 600 lawyers, but the rollout of Cadwalader’s core values campaign really resonated.

We created unique illustrations for each of the values, then boiled them down to a simplified icon for shorter-form applications.

The print brochure was desk dropped to every employee on the same day. Then, during the weeks that followed, individual values were promoted through digital communications and fun, unexpected reminders that took place in their physical spaces.
