Kate Tempesta’s Urban Golf Academy
Brett led this project during his 17-year tenure as Thinkso’s founder and executive creative director.
Golf pro Kate Tempesta developed a personal development program for young children that uses the sport of golf to instill confidence and ignite passion. We handled the creation of the brand identity, which included the introduction of KTUGA’s lovable mascot, Birdie, and then rolled out a starter website, marketing materials, course curriculum, and giveaways.
Birdie isn’t just a golf academy mascot, she’s the perfect playmate, partner, and golf buddy. It has been wonderful witnessing her success as KTUGA has expanded its reach to so many children throughout New York City and its suburbs.
Birdie, the KTUGA mascot, was drawn in a range of playful poses that were easily implemented by a relatively untrained staff.
We created sales and marketing collateral that was cost-effective and reflective of the unique visual and editorial personality of the brand.
A simply written and designed website provides parents with the perfect amount of information, delivered in a clear and organized way.
